Although the sales person was a very nice guy, he had a bunch of air fresheners in the vehicle when we took it for a test drive, and kept stating how nice it was that the previous owner was not a smoker. I never thought anything of it until I got back home, which he knew was three and a half hours away, and now the car smells strongly like smoke :-(

I was also disappointed by the financing guy that helped me as he discreetly tried to add 11 Grand onto the price, thinking I was a woman and I wouldn't notice. When I confronted him he ignored me. Altogether it took 6 hours to deal with buying a vehicle! I would have left but I had to take a ferry and didn't want to come for nothing. Long story short, not super happy with this dealership!
