I am on the tail end of my 15 year student loan with UHEAA. I have spoken with or otherwise emailed the staff many many times over the years for a number of reasons: from payment processing to account history to managing financial difficulty. Always polite. Always timely. Always communicative. Always helpful. Their website works well too. Nothing but positive things to say about these people.
