I bought a DE coffee machine at Mediamarkt with the promotion that you could get a part of the purchase amount back by sending in a voucher.
Waiting and nothing happens ... Call again anyway. OHH the coupon was got lost. Whether we could take some pictures of the device and email this with a copy of the purchase receipt to DE, so we did this.
Wait again ... Yet once again mail. Well that can take just 6 weeks? !!
Mail again, we disagree. Answer; It lies with a third party .. yes yes, a third party ..
The bank account of DE will mean you !!!
Very unfortunate .. DE is DE no longer.My mother was always a fan of DE because they had very good products and service.
Indeed .. It used to be!
