Was so looking forward to my birthday weekend at the Wit with my best friend. Enjoying the rooftop club. BUT instead they decide to tell us a day before we are ready to leave that the whole rooftop club is closed for a wedding, mind you we had this planned for over a week and had our hotel room booked! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE! And not to mind you any club we end up going to we will probably have to wait in the freezing cold and spend twice as much money as well. Such poor customer service. Makes me never want to book here again! What a disappointment!
The hotel staff is also very rude.
