The location of the park is great, especially for cyclists. Our accommodation NT 7472 was superficially clean but sometimes a basic cleaning. It was a so-called restyled accommodation, which was functional and comfortable. The WLAN worked unfortunately only, despite multiple complaint, on the 5th day. This is especially annoying because all descriptions for sauna, electrical appliances etc are only online. The supermarket is well sorted, but more expensive than in the supermarkets in the area, which we knew was. The opening hours of the restaurants are ridiculous (until 20.00 clock). The pizzeria was not open the whole week. On request, we were told that not enough guests were there. The restaurant under the pizzeria, however, was filled to the last seat. We ordered two pizzas to take away. However, they were totally hard and tasteless, unfortunately very annoying at the price. All in all, it was a nice holiday in a beautiful environment.
Addendum: We are now back home for three weeks and found that the deposit has not yet been returned. We paid by credit card and of course assumed that the deposit will be transferred to this account. If you look closely, you will see that the deposit will only be refunded if roompot is notified of the bank details. What shoud that? If the deposit is paid by credit card, in my opinion, the refund must also be paid here. Customer unfriendly is no longer possible!
