Hard selling, was offered $2000 for a trade in that Carmax offered $4500 for, Options that are not Options ($200 nitrogen upgrade, etc), extended warranty offers for $2000 over what I could get from the actual car manufacturer instead of no name third party. Did get good deal in the end, but was a very disappointing overall experience.
