I've never had a service here take a reasonable amount of time, even when making an appointment in advance. The service professionals are very nice which is the only reason they get 2 stars. I made an appointment for 9:30 am. I was told after inquiring after my car that it hadn't even been looked at at 1 pm because "it's a skeleton crew on the weekends". Don't allow customers to book appointments if you don't have the staff to keep them.
