The most unprofessional staff. They are very unhelpful and rude. Trying to get insurance through Chris and he sends an email for me to fill out and send back. When I call back 5 minutes later he s on lunch for the next hour. I got insurance here before but that was a long time ago and obviously staffed by different people now. I d go through ICBC if I were you. The staff memeber there Rebecca actually told me to do so.
-EDIT; To be fair, I left this review before I got a call back from Cole, who I believe is a supervisor there. I was still extremely frustrated from my earlier experience when I wrote this. Cole called me, and was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He solved the problem I was having and got me insurance that same day.
I forgot that I even left this review. I have changed my stars from 1 to 5. Thanks again Cole!
