I have lived in Oakwood Apartments almost 4yrs now, They keep hiring all these bilingual landlords, They dont care about the property or the tenants all they want is the rent .when you call the corporate office they dont get back to you. The only time you see them is if you dont pay rent. I pay my rent on time in full. The grounds are full of animal feces, trash, the children cant play at the play ground, because its animal feces everywhere, The building smell like either pets or human face the management should care more.
