I bought a new pontoon in 2016 and the boat is awesome, but the service after the sale not so much.the salesman we had tore the cover on the boat and never did replace.also the seat had a little tear where the canopy clips behind the seat and never got fixed after we was told no problem I will take care of that he said. This seems to be the norm on anything or anywhere you buy
