Great communication. Loved that I could track the arrival time. Upfront pricing. Jay was very polite and pleasant to work with. I appreciate that he pointed out things I might need to think about fixing, but without pressuring me into making any decisions. Plus, he fixed the issue for which he had been called very quickly!
