Good upscale restaurant, although during the evening it is heavily reserved so it's hard to get some food from there via walk-in. So make sure to make reservations first!! The views around this area are very nice. The building is part of a large office and rentable spaces centre I believe. And across the street from it is a Fermont 5 Star hotel. The service and cleanliness of this place is really good. The food also seems very fresh and delicious!
