Purchased a month ago to start cover 10 days ago. Impossible to add my policy to their app despite repeated attempts. Nobody answers the phone. on constant hold. Answering repeated "Security/Money Laundering" questions, after questions. DEEPLY regret using these people. I'm not covered and just spend endless time on the phone and internet trying to set up my account. Thank heavens i didn't break down!!!!!! Still on hold.

Update. After spending another 30 minutes nearly, on the phone was answered by Wilson. He talked me through deleting the app, reinstalling the app. Putting my policy number in again, with and without the GF. Over and over. "Your policy cannot be traced" again and again. Solution = Wilson said "It will probably sort itself out in the next two or three weeks!!!!". Since I wasn't born yesterday I asked Wilson to cancel the policy and issue a full refund. Silence, asked him if he was doing it, "Yes". more silence. Said I would receive refund in up to 14 days. Asked him if I would receive an email confirming cancellation as i has requested. "Yes", more silence. Asked him when I would receive email. he replied "two to three hours!"
