My family stayed at the SoHo Grand during a power outage and we made to feel right at home; from check-in to departure the staff made sure we felt happy and safe, room was clean and clearly sanitized and as an added bonus, the restaurant and bar served up great food and drink. Additionally, you really can't be the location. Highly recommend!
