I have never had better results. From 160lbs to 125lbs. With 3 knee surgeries and 1 knee replacement two years ago, I have great strength , determination, and a will to keep going. Angel perez gives me the the correct training and form so i can get the results i wanted. I am dedicated to high definition training because i never got this.one on one with a.trainer at a gym that was dedicated enough and cared so much about his clients. He is the greatest trainer you will ever meet that actully helps you step by step to get to your goals. Angel is my heroe
