Our initial experience was great. They had the vehicle we were looking for, the guy was helpful and super nice, and they got us a good loan. Fast forward not even a month later before we even made the first payment, the vehicle broke down. Took it to a dealership like we were told to, turns out that the damages were something that shouldn't have even passed the inspection to sell the vehicle. So they sold it to us knowing it was broken down. Good thing we bought the warranty....nope. little did we know that vehicles with after market parts void the warranty, and this vehicle is all after market parts. So they sold us the warranty knowing that it was void. When brought to their attention we got the run around for months. They refused to pay for anything, and repeatedly said they would call back, and never do. We had to physically come in to the lot to get answers, they shook our hands and said they would take care of it. Never heard from them again. Having to take legal actions against these guys. Fair warning, this place is bad business. Latest update, tire went flat, turns out there's locks on the wheels that weren't pointed out, and we have to order a key to be able to change the tires. I warn you, stay away from this place!!
