This past week I had a bit of unfortunate situation where my new puppy mistook my eyeglasses for a chew toy. I panicked as I am so lost without my glasses and was so thankful for the kindness and concern expressed by Ginger when I called the office and even more so when I was able to get right in to see Charles and get my new glasses ordered. Even with the current restrictions in place everything was handled professionally and efficiently! Thank you!!!
