I've been buying jewellery from Catbird for a couple of years now and I love their pieces for everyday! I have the love letter charm, the key charm and the threadbare ring in yellow gold.

Recently I bought one of their baby cygnet rings, which arrived with a faulty engraving. Their customer service representative, Kat, was super helpful and they replaced my ring with a brand new one which is perfect. I think you can tell so much about a brand by how they handle mistakes and I'm so impressed by how Catbird handled this. My new ring arrived like magic all the way from New York to London within a couple of days. Thanks so much Catbird, I'll be buying from you again! <3
