Service reps kept me updated on progress of repairs. They were very helpful. Repairs were made quickly and correctly. Quick service is exactly that. Even when they were busy I received an oil change, tire rotation and notification of scheduled services that were due within a hour. I hardly had time to relax and enjoy the free cup of copy before the service was completed.
