My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from Joe Cotton Ford since the 70 s. I remember going to the dealership with my father to look at cars and talk to the friendly staff that worked there. I remember my father always saying that he liked that the salesmen there because they weren t pushy and hovering over him like the ones in the city. He couldn t stand that. He and Joe Cotton would sometimes just stand outside in the lot and just talk about other things than cars.

A lot has changed since those days, my mother and father retired to Florida & I m married with my own boys. There are some new faces in the dealership which looks amazing since the complete makeover. The service department just recently got an AWESOME car wash. But the one thing that hasn t changed is the friendly atmosphere of the dealership. If there is one thing my father taught me it is good service matters and building trust is very important. I still shop there to this day because of their reliable service, friendly staff, and my satisfaction with all of my vehicles.
