Very disappointing. The balcony and patio views are not at all as described. The property is set in a busy and congested area. There are not the beautiful views from all the rooms as described. Many look at a parking lot and busy street and lack privacy and safety. They did change my original ground level room that faced front parking lot and retaining wall/street. Ended up on second floor in back of property which was quieter with a private balcony. Rooms are old and outdated. I ended up shortening my trip by a day and was charged for the additional night. The hotel is not of the calliber of high end resorts that would require additional advance notice for cancellation. Unbelievable! No acknowledgement of being a Hilton Honors member. Concierge was off for the day I was told. Do they not have a back up? Really??? I travel regularly and stay at many Hilton and Marriott properties. This was one of the most disappointing I ve experienced in several years.
