Trying to make an online purchase for the past 4 d...

Trying to make an online purchase for the past 4 days. Website constantly having issues, unable to do check out. While trying to get my purchase there was a cyber 20 promo code going on for 20% off your entire purchase. Now that the website is up and working the promo code has expired and i can't use it to complete my purchase. Called customer service in hopes to resolve my issue and hopefully they would still honor the 20% off my purchase but instead got nothing but appoligies and i wasn't able to purchase the 5 pairs of shoes for my kids for xmas! Not a good experience, used to always het my family shoes at finish line, guess that will change. I will take my business somewhere else, where they appreciate it and make me feel like they care!
