The sales process was decent, however, after getting my car I discovered various issues that it had. They were pretty significant issues that you may not notice on a test drive, such as a leaking windshield. I had to go back to the dealership to try to get these problems fixed, and the process was far from ideal. After going up there to get the issues evaluated, I was told that parts would be ordered and that I would be notified when they came in. I was never notified. I had to reach out and ask if they were in. I had also made an appointment with a customer service representative to further discuss the issues, and they weren't in the office when I showed up for my appointment. When I asked about it another time, they said that they were not aware that I was coming in. That was disappointing. I've had to jump through so many hoops with this company just to get a car that I wanted with no major issues. Advice that I have for management would be to work on the quality of service that your agents give customers, because I won't be back or recommend this place to anyone looking for a car solely because of the way I was treated.
