I wouldn't given them any stars if I could. If you are considering doing business with Arciplex I would like to share with you some of the details of my experience. I agree with Chuck, the initial impressions of the owners and staff of Arciplex were very uplifting and excited to get to work. They seemed to display genuine excitement regarding Arciplex s desire to be a part of producing and bringing my project to market.

Started from a 6 month project but here we are 182 weeks later and they have delivered 4/15 the devices. These manufactures have falsified information on their BOM, Billing Statements, the cost of goods, and no proof of purchase of the money spent in the first 10 months of working together.
They lack of respect me and my female guests have recieved was like we were living back in the 1900's. The men would ignore us and not even talk to us.
One day they weren't responding to my phones calls, emails, or texts so I showed up and the CEO's mom came and asked if my mom and I would go into the other building because they had a meeting happening in a few minutes but we stayed and as the time went by no one came or went.

They have put me in the other building to allow the CEO to completely avoid me. Who was in the other building, and the father and son have a great strategy to manipulate a situation. I have been verbal harassed and abused by the CEO's Father, due to his frustration we would not pay the rest of the money until we received our working prototypes, leaving me only feeling safe to visit the building with a man present because of his aggression and incompetence for a professional conversation, unless they are receiving money.

Every time I showed up, even if it was for a meeting they booked, they charged me $145 per hour and per engineer, then tried to tell me the engineers charged us that fee. Once we had a 30 minutes FaceTime call they booked for my team and the engineers and cost us $500. The worst part is that the engineers had no idea this was going on until later. Literally a week later.

The first set of working prototypes literally fell apart in our hands and didn't even work, this is 145 weeks from starting date. When I asked for an update on the devices they declined my calls, locked me out of the building, ignored my texts, and would book meetings at 6 am and not show up. They tried to schedule meetings with other contractors with out me there.

All my BOM's "suppliers" and "Manufactures" say Acriplex Qualified Supplier" and when I went to ask what the suppliers name was I was ignored and then told that is confidential information, which according to the GMP is violation of protocol to the customer. They would order the same batteries you can get on amazon prime from china... or I am pretty sure they just say that to give themselves as much time to stretch the truth and cover their backs and last minute when you tell them they need it now they will order off amazon.

I have learned a lot of lessons with this group of unprofessional, demeaning "family" group but what gets me the most is when they tell you their are bible verses on the floor. We have spent over the cost of a house in the nations with arciplex and it makes me feel sick how much they would happily take advantage of someone and be dishonest.

If their are any women out their looking for a manufacture I strongly advise out of state or to look else where.
