Omg! My destination, my pic up time to and from was full of errors. Then they stranded us. I had to call a cab! 20.00!

Consumers of this service need a complaint number and contact name. The data program is antiquated for sure. It would be nice to get texts w time confirmations and destination so that before hand (4 days ahead) errors could be caught a head of time. Its difficult to deal with on day of service.

Too many staff and consumers wasting a lot if time over and oher and over again. This has to stop. I hear many complaints in community.

Administration needs to show they are using their money well. Up to date systems would help. Computers are amazing at handling data like this service requires. How do other cities manage Gadabout like services? Time to network! Its a no brainer!

We deserve better service....staff and users included. Lets do it! Ithaca is going thru a rennaisance, will Gadabout be stuck in the 90's? What do you think? Comment for sure.
