We have had the Micro WMS system for 18 months and it has improved the efficiency of the warehouse by 50% and improved inventory accuracy of 99.8%.

The implementation was seamless and the system was easy for the warehouse team to pick up and learn.

The ongoing support has been excellent as we have a dedicated account manager who is on site monthly to review system performance and help with continuous improvement projects.
