First impression from the front desk people was no...

First impression from the front desk people was not good. They in no way attempt to provide good customer service. Every staff member I talk to or heard talking to other people was inconsiderate. There seemed to be a constant line of people at the front desk complaining about something. The room I had was dated and just looked ugly. The internet did not work at first and I was told in a hostile tone that the wifi works fine it must be my computer. They fixed it but only after I put up a fight. I wouldn't come here for a vacation.
