Buying a new vehicle with my girlfriend at Tom Kadlec Honda was possible because New Car Manager Zheila Peterson found the exact crossover we wanted and had it transported to the dealership before we arrived. Zheila was welcoming, professional and kind, and was helpful weeks later after having such an unforgettably bad experience with Business Manager Max Weisheipl. Weisheipl refused to complete the purchase agreement of our brand new HRV until we purchased a warranty from a third party. Weisheipl was repeatedly told that our final answer for purchasing the warranty was, No. After spending two and a half hours in his office, we found no other choice than to agree to purchasing the warranty, which a manager willingly agreed to cancel the very next morning after explaining our most unpleasant situation/buying experience with Weisheipl. After creating a new purchase agreement without the unwanted warranty, our purchase contract was botched three separate times which nearly led to receiving the vehicle title too late to get South Dakota license and registration with the county treasurer on time. Our buying process was extremely displeasing in a United States new vehicle market where cars are more expensive than ever and new vehicle sales are declining. Please do not remove this review as we still have not heard any feedback from Honda after submitting a comprehensive survey. We also have not received any further correspondence from Tom Kadlec nor an apology for the unforgettable experience with Weisheipl.
