If I could give them 0 stars, I would! They're the worst. Had a credit card which I maxed - my fault on that. RBC decided to outsource that function to Intellisys and is now trying to make me pay double on a settlement offer of US$1,200. Card was already paid 3 months ago! Despise this bank so much
