Tried my best to give them a chance!
Had put in a request for an estimate 2 wks ago. Received a call a week later with a guarantee that an in-person estimate will be provided by Oct 2nd. So far...nothing! No estimate, no follow-up, nada. Had heard lot of good things about them, so am puzzled with their lack of professionalism.
