My inquiry regarding a warranty claim to repair a defect in glass pane was processed by Dennis.Brunelle.
Dennis was very professional and helpful. He detailed how the repair should be completed and sent me all info regarding the order. Great service.

I thought the warranty coverage was reasonable cost as the windows are no longer manufactured by Harvey. Although only glass was needed as frame OK.
I have many Harvey windows installed throughout my home and glad they stand behind their products.
