I, like many of the reviewers, have had issues with the billing system. I even had my entire water meter removed out of the ground once when my entire bill was paid. Luckily, the guy on the emergency line saw that my bill was paid and overrode whoever made the decision and sent someone out to put a new one. He just said make sure I call them the next morning. Unfortunately, they are only available to talk to during business hours and I know this may come as a shock but I work during those hours. Nonetheless I cut 30 minutes out of my day to get them on the line. But apparently they only have 2 people answering the phones so 30 minutes was not enough, no one even picked up. The only reason I'm giving a decent review is that they do have high quality water and the guy went out of his way to get me hooked back up. But they really need to tighten up on their customer service side and get rid of all the billing glitches. Water is not like cable I don't have choices in providers and it is necessary for daily routines like going #2 and taking a shower... I feel like I should be able to take legal action for them cutting my water off without a proper cause. So at the end of the day, great water, terrible everything else.
