I recently stayed at this hotel last week from Sunday the 17th through Friday the 22nd paid for! At first everything seemed wonderful. It has a great buffet, nice casino, and good rooms. However my bad experience came when I took a day trip on Tuesday to L.A., mind you I left my things in the room. I ended up running late so decided to stay the night in L.A. As I get back to the hotel by Wednesday like around 6 p.m. I find my rooms keys not working. I had to go down to the desk and they said they just had to be activated. As I finally make it back into the room, I see that my items had been thrown out and room was left as if I was checked out. I notified the front desk which sent a security that said they had to run an investigation that would take 40 mins that became 6 days! Hearing no news I went to the front desk to speak with a manager (Branden) stating this was a violation of privacy because nothing had to be touched in my room which I paid for until Friday! He was no help and referred me to security. Finally back home 6 days later I get a call that I will be refunded only a 30 dollar resort fee for one day. The violation and horrible customer service experience I went through is not compensated with 30 dollars. If I ever come back to Vegas I would never ever stay here again. I wouldn't recommed this hotel to anyone!!! However if you choose to stay here make sure you don't leave your things around!
