Super awful. They advertise upgraded rooms and don t have them- only on one floor. They also only have 2 elevators for all of their floors because they reserve one elevator SOLELY FOR UPGRADED ROOMS TO ONE FLOOR. one elevator in a hotel going to one floor for an upgraded room makes no sense!! The line ups for the elevators were absolutely huge while one elevator went to one floor. How does that make sense? The hotel is advertised as non smoking but when people were smoking openly on our floor and we called front desk they told us there was nothing they could do. What? How? I have been to NYC Many times and this is the worst hotel. Especially in Times Square, there are a dozen hotels for the same price that are much better. I don t even want to get into the hotel rooms, the bed sheets were dirty, the walls were stained AND there s an expensive resort fee for extras you will never use and one flimsy bottled water. Absolutely awful. Do not book here.
