Salesman Alan Reynolds was vry helpful in setting up service appointment and arranging a loaner car for me. Service writer Clay Young was excellant throughout the time my car was being serviced. Regular communication to advise me of progress and probable completion date of the service. Service done was excellent and solved my problem. Would recommend Sam Pack 5 Star Ford in Carrollton highly!
