I came to Jennifer and the team with a lot of knee pain after running a few marathons and triathlons in 2019. She helped explain to me the muscle imbalances in my knee from lack of cross training and developed a stretching and strength plan to help get me back on track.

After a few PT sessions, lots of home training, and some very informative Pilates classes, I m back to running pain free. I was even able to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro for my honeymoon without any problems! I really appreciate Jennifer and team s hard work and support. They were very informative and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them if you have any PT needs.
