As like many others, purchased through comparison site, mine through Comparethemarket, needed insurance for new car immediately. Bought car drove home, following day decided to call for documents, the phone numbers don't work. Received email saying I have a cancellation notice on my insurance, still unable to call. Another email saying validation needed, still unable to call. I immediately cancelled direct debit request, then received another email saying I have another cancellation notice, 7 days longer than previous one which was supposed to cancel. Now still on phone trying to cancel insurance, I don't wish to continue. You can connect to a switchboard which is zero help!
