Our tech was Athen. Five star rating! Communicated clearly and confidently, enabling us to feel good about the repair strategy. His work seems sound and was done in less time than anticipated. No issues at all.

However, the administrative side of this experience was less than one star. As part of my initial call to request service, I emailed a photo of the repair to better prepare the tech. Athen was at a disadvantage right from the start since his documentation not only didn't describe the repair well, there was no photo attached.

One more example (but there were many such frustrations.) I specifically asked to have Athen return for the 2nd part of the repair (all according to plan.) When I received a call for scheduling, I was told "a technician" would be back out. Again, I had to re-inform the office that I wanted Athen to complete the repair. That required more calls and more delays.

Very unfortunate to have such a quality tech, but with inept behind the scenes support.
