Emily A., Emily A., Emily A., Emily A kind, guest experience oriented, helpful, classy Marriot Employee. We booked our room for a one night stay to give ourselves a little R&R in the beautiful Stone Mountain Park. At first our room did not live up to our expectations. Being that I have managed one of the top ten sushi restaurants in the world, private events for Royalty and my wife is a senior flight attendant for American Airlines guest experience and hospitality are second nature to us. When we alerted Emily at the front desk to our issues she quickly came to the rescue with a solution that we can only describe as perfect.
