Caring and wonderful staff throughout the entire salon! Comparable pricing, especially for the high end services offered.

AMAZING! esthetician, took her time calming me because previously I've had painfully bad experiences.
I especially appreciated the kindness I received from the young lady stationed at the front desk. I drive over an hour to get there, only to realize I had the wrong time. Even though I had missed my initial appointment, she didn't give me any grief or attitude, just got me in as quickly as possible.

I absolutely LOVE this salon!! Had the most incredibly relaxing day getting pampered head to toe. I especially appreciated the ability to customize my spa day package. I never felt rushed, even after my last minute change of service request. Alyssa is such a wonderfully talented & dedicated technician that my waxing (I'm overly sensitive & particular) went as smoothly as my mani/pedi. Then, I had such fun (and absolutely no qualms!) about leaving my extremely long, fine hair in Lance's experienced hands & letting him take over. Definitely going to have to schedule this spa event a couple times a year because I haven't felt this cared for (incredibly kind people, too) in a long time! I've been to MANY! so called 'high end' salons. Most seem to think that 'uppity' attitudes replaces kindness & you should thank them for it. All the staff here are genuinely caring. Thank you, Urbane!!!!!
