I ve been a regular as Crossfit for three years, and the last two years at CFL. The facility is like no other gym in the valley, with two large open gyms and plenty of bar space, wall space, and plenty of bikes/rowers and ropes.
The childcare is huge, safe, and always staffed with two moms who are trained and compensated for their time, so there is always coverage.
The athletes are friendly and the atmosphere is not pretentious or anything you would expect from your average Crossfit gym.
Danny works hard to create a family friendly facility and I m always so thankful to walk through the doors 6 mornings a week. A morning without it is a long and drab day for me!!!!
