Genz-Ryan came to my house yesterday for service work. I called to have the gas line fixed that they installed wrong. There tech comes out and tells me he can only give me advise on how to fix the gas line my self. Now I am still stuck with a gas line in my basement that hangs below the joist. So now I will call a different company and be forced to pay for a service twice that they will not stand behind.

For the plumbing portion of the job. They have a tech named John Hertzog. Last time he came to my house he rigged a bunch of plumbing because he was to lazy to do it the correct way. I talked with the manager at genz and asked for him to never come back to my house. Guess who shows up. John. He has a poor attitude wouldn t do any of the work requested and was very rude to the point I had to ask him to leave my home. I would never use this company is they were the last plumbing company on earth.
