Where do you start? We stayed at Roompot Kamperland for a week. A larger group was originally planned, which is why we booked a chalet for 6 people. But since people jumped off here, there were only three of us. And to be honest, for 6 people. I think the chalets are too small, especially when, like us, the weather doesn't always play along. But the ideal size for 3-4 people.

But, and that really impressed us: The cleanliness and furnishings. The chalets are newly renovated and equipped with a spacious, modern kitchen, which really offers everything you need in terms of accessories. The location was very central, only a few minutes from the park center and the beach. Perfect.

The way the system is constructed also looks very well thought out. The paths are short and generally clean, and the green spaces are well-kept. What pleased me personally was the diversity of species, which is probably due not least to the very different planting of trees. From dragonflies, rabbits, sparrows, different types of pigeons to magpies, crows and of course seagulls, you could just sit comfortably on the terrace and watch all the goings-on. Very nice.

The park center itself has seen better days, which you can see in some of the facilities (e.g. swimming pool, mini golf or pool table). Wasn't that dramatic for us now, as we were mainly in the surrounding area or on the beach.

All in all: Very good price-performance ratio for a relaxed short vacation. We will be back
