Viktor did a great job with the workshop. He taught in a way that I can immediately apply what I learned to my clients and with confidence. Every exercise he showed made sense and is immediately useable no matter what client you have. A game changer for sure giving us more solid and true tools to adapt to situations our clients present us with keeping them happy and konnected :)
