There is no customer service at the moment. I have investments with several other companies, and they are not having this problem.
In the past few months I have sent them several e-mails looking for information, with no reply other than stock reply that they are having problems with Covid.
I have tried to phone them several times and given up. Today I have again phoned and requested a call-back. Estimated time was 30 minutes, it is now over an hour and no call back. This is for an important account management issue. I looked into on-line chat, but estimated reply time was 2 hours even though I was number 40 in line. This is SCARY!
