Layout of the building is incredibly convoluted and unintuitive. I was told to go to a specific room and after getting lost for 20 minutes via lack of signs, directions, and generally all areas looking the exact same, I was able to find my way after running into 3 other patients looking for the exact same area.

This building is so hard to navigate that patients are literally grouping together to try and figure it out. Don't bother asking staff. The 4 people I asked for help had no idea where to go either.
