Receptionist was not happy to see me, trust me hospital would be the last place I'd go to too, I was there because I had to. She asked to come in the morning but it was morning.. She said there are all these people waiting and might take 5 to 6 hours, there were 4 people waiting, 2 fast asleep. I heard other receptionist talking to someone and she sound kind. Well I hope I never have to go to A&E ever again but if I do I'll definitely skip this lady and wait for someone else
