HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have been client of Accor and Mercure for years and they disregard it when I need to make one cancelation! Fully charged when never used the premises! A genuine mistake , would be able to be in Wellington , the manager of the Hotel would not appreciate a long term client and didn't even try to help. I called on the very early morning so they could have the chance to put another guest in if it was the excuse to charge.I would never RECCOMEND AGAIN THIS HOTEL AND CHAIN, obviously they don't care about fidelity towards clients.TRULLY DISAPPOINTED!
