I've used Char twice. The first time was after I had a bad experience with a broker. I fired that broker and interviewed 3 brokers .I asked them for honest feedback as to what I needed to do to finish the house and prepare it for sale. I had some idea but wasn't a professionals opinion

Char was the only one who told me what I knew needed to be done. She also told me other things I needed to do and she was right! The house sold fast and this buyers who didn't buy had very positive comments that related to exactly what Char told me to.

Interestingly enough the other two brokers spoke very highly of Char! They were right about what they said. Her service is exceptional!

I used her for the sale of a second house too and again she told me what needed to be done This time I didn't know. She was right again. The house sold in 1 day because I did I what she told me. I trust Char completely!
