Tried to use them because I just moved to Springfield, the jobs I applied for required some online "clerical" tests to verify I knew how to type and use Microsoft Windows, despite my previous work history, but the tests kept timing out after every couple of questions, then when I would try to log back in the system just kept taking me back to the wrong screen and I couldn't get it to work, so I sent several emails along with a video of what it was doing I received one response after my third email with a new link it did the exact same thing so I sent another video, that was over a week ago and no response, no assistance nothing. Very disappointed, nothing like the Joplin office, they actually try to help people. Now I understand why my previous job only allowed me to use Express when I needed to hire temp help for my crews.
